Installing a brake system onto  Mercedes Benz W124

Let’s repeat the success of the first project, shall we?!

Brake system Benz W124.

Front axle:
– Brembo 6-pot caliper w/ a silver AMG logo
– Brembo brake rotor 390-36
– brake rotor hat made by Tro-nik
– Mercedes brake pads
– Goodridge brake lines
– brake caliper adapters, our production – by Tro-nik
– necessary fastening screws

Rear axle:
– Brembo 4-pot caliper w/ a silver AMG logo
– Brembo brake rotor 330-26
– Mercedes brake pads
– Goodridge brake lines
– necessary fastening screws

Front dust shield must be cleaned of rust and dirt before painting.

Inserting fireboard, pressing it with a brake rotor and gradually bending outwards the dust shield.

Covering the car with a special material called newspaper 🙂 that is quite functional and cheap too) to be painted.
Cutting off an excess part of the shield to install a brake caliper.  Sanding the edges.

An adapter to a knuckle joint we are treating with anticorrosin agent.
