Long awaited Mercedes-Benz V-class brakes

Mercedes V-class came to us. Our task was to design a “four seasons” brake system.

Onto the front axle we installed 390*36 brake rotors. 6 pot Brembo brake caliper . Front brake rotors with rotor’s heat expansion compensation.
For the rear axle — 370*24. 4 pot Brembo caliper. Parking brake system functioned as a standard.
Goodridge brake lines are included.
Front and rear adapters made out of steel and covered with a protective galvanized cover.

And all that brake system was installed into 19th wheel.
