Carbon ceramics for Gelendwagen 

Hello everyone.

This week it is already second time we work on installing carbon ceramic brake system on MB.
We are happy to introduce you to G700, well, at least that’s what it says on a shield. 

MB G63 Carbon-Ceramic Brake System
Front:

  • carbon-ceramic Brake rotor 420-40 mm
  • 6 pot Brembo caliper
  • ceramic pads
  • dust shields
  • brake lines
  • adapters 
  • tops for rotors

Rear:

  • Brake rotor 360-32
  • 4 pot Brembo caliper
  • ceramic pads
  • dust shields
  • brake lines
  • adapters 
  • tops for rotors

All bolts to install are included

Skiving off the rust on the mating plane of a hat.

Fastening lower adapter for to attach brake rotor protector. 

Attaching upper adapter. 

Rear part of a hat and a prking brake drum. 

Gluing in the parking brake drum with a high temperature composition 3M, plus installing 5 high strength pins.  

And that’s what we get. 

Front axle protection.
