Warranty. 2-year warranty on Items.
- Returning the Item to the Seller is possible in the following cases:
- if the Buyer received a defective Item in damaged packaging. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer undertakes to inspect the packaging and, in case of damage on site, indicate the defect to the Carrier. The Buyer immediately undertakes to report damage of the packaging to the Seller, providing photos and evidence. Based on this, the Seller has the right to contact the Carrier service with a claim. The Seller agrees on the terms and conditions for returning the Item with the Buyer. In this case, the Seller covers all costs for a return and makes a full refund to the Buyer. When returning the Item, the Buyer is obliged to pack the parcel in such a way as to ensure the safety of the Item and the original form of the packaging during transportation.
- if the Buyer received a defective (scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.). Item in entire packaging. If the Item inside the packaging is damaged, the Buyer undertakes to provide the Seller with photos and evidence of damage within 3 calendar days. The Seller agrees on the terms and conditions for returning the goods with the Buyer. In this case, the Seller covers all costs for a return and makes a full refund to the Buyer. When returning the Item, the Buyer is obliged to pack the parcel in such a way as to ensure the safety of the Item and the original form of the packaging during transportation.
- if the Item was ordered by mistake or is incompatible. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days without traces of use. In this case, the return of the Item is paid by the Buyer. When returning the Item, the Buyer is obliged to pack the parcel in such a way as to ensure the safety of the Item and the original form of the packaging during transportation.
- if the Item is incompatible due to the incorrect recommendation of the Seller. The Buyer informs Seller of the discrepancy by providing a photo within 5 business days. The Seller contacts the Buyer and agrees on the return of the Item and refund. In this case, all costs for Item returning are covered by the Seller. When returning the Item, the Buyer is obliged to pack the parcel in such a way as to ensure the safety of the Item and the original form of the packaging during transportation.
- Returning the Item to the Seller is not possible in the following cases:
– if the Item was used by the Buyer for other purposes;
– if the Item has been in use, is dirty, broken, scratched or damaged;
– if the Item is damaged in its physical form and is unusable.
