Carbon-ceramic brakes BMW M5 F90

OEM brake system BMW M5 F90 include:

• front 6-pot calipers with blue color and logo ///M
• front iron rotors 395-35 with ventilation and perforation
• front pads
• rear 1-pot calipers with brackets, blue color
• rear iron rotor 380-28 with ventilation and perforation
• rear pads

Weight of front iron rotor is 15,1 kg, rear iron rotor – 9,6 kg

We have changed OEM iron brakes with carbon-ceramic brakes.

New carbon-ceramic brakes contain:

• front 6-pot calipers with gold color and logo ///M
• front carbon-ceramic Brembo rotors 400-38 with ventilation and perforation
• front pads for carbon-ceramic
• rear 1-pot calipers with brackets, gold color
• rear carbon-ceramic Brembo rotor 380-28 with ventilation and perforation
• rear pads for carbon-ceramic

Weight of front ceramic rotor is 7,3 kg, rear ceramic rotor -5,2 kg

New brakes fro front are lighter 2 * (15,1 – 7,3) = 15,6 kg, for rear 2 * (9,6 – 5,2) = 8,8 kg.
Total weight discount –  24,4 кг.

Brake fluid –  DOT 5.1.

Front brakes
