Standard brake system Mercedes Benz C63AMG W204 consists of Brembo 6-pot caliper w/ an AMG logo, painted red.

Two-component brake rotor 360-36, brake rotor weighs 11 kg.
An active use of a car Mercedes Benz C63AMG W204 by appointment, which resulted in overheating front axle brake rotors. Brake pad began to split from overheating.
For this platform MB W204 63 AMG we offer a front axle brake system  upgrade. We leave the standard caliper, but taking on a brake rotor of a bigger size – Brembo 390-36.

The brake pad has a two-component structure, the hat is made of aluminium alloy and to compensate for the rotor’s heat expansion H-type bobbins are used.

Our company designed and produced front axle caliper clamp adapters.
To dispense braking torque with more accuracy we recommend reinforced brake lines Goodridge for front and rear axles.

So, in total, our set consists of:

– front brake rotors Brembo 390-36
– caliper clamp adapters manufactured by tro-nik.
– Goodridge front and rear brake lines

After washing up and inspecting calipers no defects or parts needed to be replaced were detected.

According to the owners requests original brake pads MB AMGwere installed.
